BMW expose

The Delhi police on Thursday dropped Special Public Prosecutor I U Khan from the BMW case, following the NDTV expose. He has been replaced by senior lawyer Rajeev Mohan.

Khan told the Patiala House Court that he was withdrawing from the case.

Speaking to reporters outside the court, Khan said he had done ''no wrong'' and his name was not taken in connection with ''any talks'' of money being exchanged.

The court has ordered an enquiry into the operation and has asked for unedited footage, along with names of the reporters who covered the story.

what is the moral of the story:

in my veiw:

1. this is not shocking to me as it is quite common in dian criminal justice
2. many underprivelaged they dont step to court main door

3. they were thretend or pressurised to tkae money

4. what happened in the Godhra incident

5. Bombay blasts

i am requesting CJ to hold indepented enquiry commision to to know assets and the profiles of all the Judiacial Personnel including sub staff.

there is an urgent need for Judiacial commssion to look into this

Country like India need Fast track Courts
